No disrespect to Indians but those proctor have been told to cancel as many exams as they can as that gives Pearson more money for people to retake the exam This is fraud! Im calling NY attorney general. Also, I notice all their proctors are based out of India. There’s no alternative for now so all exam takers are stuck. Now, I have to wait 5 days for the resolution? And then what? Take the exam again? Pearson vue is a shady company. After preparing for months, the assy proctor lady just cancel my exam midway to the end of it? I couldn’t believe it. I was so mad that I barely made it through that day. How do I write a 2 hr exams just keeping my head in one place? With 16 questions left to the finish line, the devil incarnate proctor closed my exam just like that. I looked at the webcam and I could see my self so I was angry and I told her to not interrupt me.
Everything was going on well until suddenly, the proctor started messaging me that she’s only seeing part of my head and that i was moving my head too much. I had a terrible experience with the online proctor exam. In all my life something like this has never happened and having prepared for so long it is so so so frustrating, unbelievable!Ī terrible experience. I've looked online trying to make sense of what happened, trying to find answers from similar cases only to find PearsonVue treacherous record on trust pilot. I was just concentrating, trying to quietly read and understand the questions and select the correct answers to scenario-based questions and answers, which in most cases were pretty long. God knows I was not trying to cheat in any way shape or form. I could not of taken down the reference number. I was in a room by myself with my desk cleared of everything but my Laptop and my phone away from me to the other side of the room. I had no pen, pencil or writing material around me. The third and final time was to say he was revoking my exam and to write down the reference number. The second time he did it the chat stayed a bit longer and I was able to read it. The first time it was very short, I didn't get time to read it. Three times he interrupted my screen with a chat.
The reason being I was mumbling to myself while reading and answering the questions. I had my SAA CO2 certification exam revoked with less than 20 minutes left. 5.30p.m.I am very upset and disappointed.
